• require us to accept an application or proposal;
• guarantee representation, a sponsor introduction, a deal or payment; or
• oblige a creator, brand or sponsor to proceed.

A commercial relationship begins only when the relevant parties expressly agree to it, normally in a separate written agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that information you send is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the original site content, design, branding, graphics, logo and text are owned by or licensed to Faceless Talent Limited and protected by intellectual-property law. You may view the site and share links to it for legitimate personal or business purposes.
