1. Who we are

Faceless Talent Limited is a UK-based talent and sponsorship agency specialising in creators and brand partnerships. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Faceless Talent Limited is the data controller where we determine how and why your personal data is processed.

2. Information we collect

Creator applications. Our application form asks for your name, email address, channel name and URL, niche, audience-size range, and anything else you choose to tell us. If we progress your application, we may also request channel analytics, audience information, sponsorship history, rates, availability, payment details and information needed to represent you.

Brands and business contacts. We may process your name, work contact details, job title, organisation, campaign requirements, budgets, correspondence and commercial terms.

Public creator and professional information. We may record information shown on YouTube, social platforms, company websites, professional networks and reputable business-contact services, including channel performance, content, sponsorship history and public contact details.

Website activity. We record limited events when somebody selects an application button, starts, completes or encounters an error in the form. Each event contains the event name, page path and a random session identifier. You can disable this measurement on our cookie-policy page. We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site behavioural tracking.

Security information. When a form or analytics event reaches our server, we use a trusted network address where available and a shortened browser user-agent to create a one-way SHA-256 request fingerprint. We store the fingerprint—not the source address or user-agent in the relevant record—to limit repeated requests and protect the site from misuse.

Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information or attachments you include.

3. Where the information comes from

• directly from you, including through the creator application form and email;
• your channel, social profiles, website, employer, representative or agent;
• YouTube and other publicly accessible platforms and business directories;
• brands, sponsors, creators, agencies and other business partners;
• reputable business-contact and prospecting providers; and
• our website, hosting infrastructure and security systems.

We may therefore hold professional information about you before you contact us.

4. How we use personal data

• receive, assess and respond to creator applications;
• identify suitable creators, sponsors and brand contacts;
• contact people about relevant sponsorship or representation opportunities;
• request and review channel analytics where there may be a roster fit;
• negotiate and administer briefs, deals, contracts, invoices and payments;
• manage our relationships and business records;
• measure the application journey and improve the site;
• prevent spam, fraud, misuse and security incidents;
• establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
• meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

5. Our lawful bases

Contract. We use information where needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to perform an agreement with you.

Legitimate interests. We use proportionate information to operate and protect the agency, assess applications, find suitable commercial matches, communicate with relevant professional contacts, improve the application journey and develop our business. We consider the likely impact on the individual before relying on this basis.

Legal obligation. We use information where the law requires it, including for tax, accounting and regulatory purposes.

Consent. Where we specifically ask for consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

6. Creator and sponsor outreach

We may use public or reputable business-source information to approach creators, brands, sponsors and their representatives about opportunities that we reasonably believe are relevant. We identify ourselves and provide a way to opt out. You may object to direct marketing at any time by using the opt-out in the message or emailing legal@facelesstalent.com. We may retain the minimum information needed on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.

7. Who we share information with

Where necessary, we may share information with:

• creators, brands, sponsors and agencies involved in a proposed or active deal;
• Supabase, which hosts the creator-application and website-event databases;
• our website hosting, email, communications and business-software providers;
• payment, accounting and invoicing providers;
• contractors and professional advisers who need the information for their work;
• courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or public authorities where legally required; and
• a buyer, investor or adviser involved in a genuine sale, financing or restructuring of the business.

We do not sell personal data.

8. International transfers

Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK personal data is transferred internationally, we use a lawful transfer mechanism where required, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

9. How long we keep information

Creator applications submitted through this site are normally deleted after 12 months unless the application progresses and we need the information for an active relationship, legal claim or legal obligation. Application-journey event records are normally deleted after 90 days. Contract, payment and accounting records may be retained for up to six years after the relevant relationship or transaction, or longer where law or a dispute requires it. Suppression-list entries may be kept for as long as needed to honour an opt-out.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data, including server-side form processing, input validation, request throttling, restricted database access, row-level security, security headers and defined deletion periods. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• request deletion or restriction of processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• object to direct marketing at any time;
• receive certain information in a portable format;
• withdraw consent where consent is the basis; and
• complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

12. Automated decisions and AI

We may use software and AI to assist with research, drafting, analysis and administration. We do not currently make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals solely by automated means.

13. Under-18 creators

If we consider working with a creator under 18, we may require the involvement and authorisation of a parent, guardian or other appropriate representative. We do not knowingly use children’s data for inappropriate direct marketing.

14. Third-party links

Links to YouTube, X and other third-party services lead to sites we do not control. Their own privacy notices explain how they use information.

15. Complaints

Please contact us first if you have a concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, suppliers or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
